Inbox uses an Emergen deployed asterisk based IP-PBX nationwide for its communication needs. Inbox mixes analog and IP based extensions to form a Voice Over IP (VoIP) environment which is economically feasible and feature rich at the same time. Inbox extends this service to their remote operations area via radio connectivity – something that would have been impossible with other VoIP services. Thanks to Asterisk, Inbox gets all advanced features such as voicemail, conferencing, recording, call queuing and web based CDR reporting in one coherent package. This inbound and outbound call center is running on Asterisk and Queue Metrics which is a renowned open source queuing software. Emergen Consulting has integrated this solution to PhoneBooks CRM software developed in-house. |
